What We Do :
Roma provides three core infrastructure products:n
- Stablecoin Orchestration:
A single API to send, receive, convert, and store stablecoins across multiple blockchains and protocols
- Enterprise‑Grade Payments: Unified global payouts API with 100+ bank and payment service provider integrations supporting both fiat and stablecoin rails
- Treasury Management: Consolidated visibility and control across all bank accounts, PSPs, stablecoin wallets, and tokenized investment accounts

About the role:
We are seeking an ambitious and versatile professional to join our team as a key member of the Founder's Office. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder,
gaining a front‑row seat to the entire business and contributing to various initiatives and projects across different departments, including strategy, partnerships, operations, finance, analytics, and more.n
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping the company's trajectory and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and success. You’ll solve a variety of problems and move the needle, helping Roma move forward!

Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Founder to support various strategic initiatives and projects
- Owning responsibilities across domains such as strategy, marketing, operations, and partnerships to unlock opportunities for Roma.
- Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that align with Roma’s goals and vision
- Innovation and New Initiatives: Drive innovation and new initiatives within the organization. Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to inform business strategy and positioning.
- Investor Relations and Fundraising: Assist in managing investor relations and fundraising activities and work closely with the Founder
- Global Expansion and Market Entry: Support the Founder in exploring and executing global expansion strategies, including market entry into new countries and regions, assessing regulatory landscapes and market opportunities, and overseeing successful market entryproductive initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Contribute to talent acquisition and development initiatives,
participating in the recruitment process for key roles
- Customer Experience and Mandirofexplanation: Prioritize customer experience and satisfaction, working closely with the customer service and product teams to understand customer needs and feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience there build strong customer relationships
Qualifications & Skill Set Required :
- Deep interest and a strong thesis in the Fintech, Payments, or Blockchain space — genuinely excited about Roma’s mission to modernize financial infrastructure.
- 車 models 2+ years of experience in high‑growth environments such as fintechs, payment companies, consulting, or fast‑paced startupsಟುಂಬ.
- Proven experience in business growth, go‑to‑market (GTM),
or partnerships, ideally with B2B clients or financial institutions.
- Prior exposure to Fintech / Payments / Crypto / B2B SaaS industries is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, Reception ability to action insights.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Economics; an MBA is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, ownership‑driven,
and adaptable — thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and takes initiative to deliver results.
