Project Manager R&D

We are looking for a Project Manager with a software or systems background to join the R&D; department in Bologna.
The role involves leading cross-functional and international teams and managing R&D; projects from concept to start of production, ensuring alignment with time, quality, scope, and cost targets in accordance with Toyota processes.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in Project Management, software R&D; environments is a plus
- Experience with software development lifecycle (Agile or hybrid models)
- Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2) are a plus
- Proficient in using Git and DevOps,
to maintain stable, collaborative, and efficient R&D; codebases is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Organized, proactive, and structured mindse
Key Responsibilities
- Lead R&D; projects
- Coordinate the work of R&D; teams (software, electronic, mechanic) with other corporate functions throughout the project development process.
- Plan, monitor, and report project activities and milestones
- Ensure alignment with Toyota New Product Development processes
- Support continuous improvement of project management practices
