- Excellent teamwork, collaboration and communication skills.
Working Conditions
Three shifts from Monday to Friday, with availability for continuous cycle (3+2).

Responsibilities
The candidate will plan,
manage and review the team resources within the department to achieve efficiency, performance and set objectives.
- Operate autonomously on all machines.
- Manage personnel: disciplinary procedures, reduce downtime, create and sustain continuous motivation.
- Maintenance: facilitate, plan, and execute maintenance activities.
- Ensure quality standards.
- Constant discussion with Supervisors and Managers on KPIs to achieve.
