Facility Assistant (INTERNSHIP)Location: Pavia, Lombardia, IT
The position is within the framework of the Business Partner Community of the LVMH Beauty Italy, a structure composed of about 50 people involved in management control, administration and finance, Information Technology, logistics, general services and customer service for all the Brands of the Division (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo Parfums, Vantaggi and Make Up For ever, Officine Universelle Buly 1803 and Maison Francis Kurkjian).
MISSIONSupport towards the effective functioning of the facility, provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources,
services and processes in order to meet the needs of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Elevate internal events by providing proactive supervision and monitoring, ensuring seamless execution and creating memorable experiences that foster employee engagement and company culture.
Manage and maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels;
Champion a customer‐centric approach by proactively addressing and resolving customer requests and issues, exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships through effective communication and problem‐solving;
Spearhead the planning and execution of essential central services, including reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, parking, and fleet management, continuously seeking innovative solutions to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency according to LVMH guidelines
Develop and manage a dataset in order to monitor activities of contract suppliers and establish a productive relationship with vendors
Create and manage purchasing request on SAP
Onsite verification of the correct execution of the works in technical and economic terms, in compliance with the planned times and safety standards, control of the relevant deviations with management of formal and substantial complaints;
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or any other related degree
Excellent interpersonal and relational skills, flexibility and precision complete the profile
Proactive, motivated, multi‐task, customer oriented with a positive attitude
Manual dexterity and good maintenance skills
Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.), Canva, knowledge of SAP will be a plus
The position requires flexibility, initiative, predisposition for interpersonal relationships and problem solving. Meticulousness, precision and respect for deadlines complete the profile. The candidate must also be responsibly optimistic, jovial, and strongly convinced of taking part in a challenge.
