You'll work with large-scale structured and unstructured data sources to build predictive models and uncover actionable insights. Competitive candidates are responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end computational pipelines to process and analyze multi-modal data.Develop algorithms that integrate diverse information sources to generate predictions and actionable insights.Build interpretable models that reveal underlying mechanisms and patterns.Collaborate with machine learning scientists and domain experts to ensure approaches are technically rigorous and practically impactful.Work with large-scale proprietary databases and scientific literature to identify meaningful signals.Establish best practices for data integration, quality assessment, and validation.Communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Day in the LifeYou will work with proprietary datasets and structured knowledge bases, developing analyses to understand how various factors influence key outcomes.



You will collaborate with Applied Scientists and Statisticians on predictive models, and interact regularly with domain experts to translate findings into practical insights. undefined problems and are comfortable with ambiguity.Basic Qualifications5+ years of applying statistical models for large-scale applications and building automated analytical systems.Knowledge of Python, R, or other scripting language.Experience in practical work applying ML to solve complex problems.PhD in Computational Biology, Systems Biology or a related quantitative field.Experience analyzing complex, real-world datasets from diverse sources.Strong background in domain-specific knowledge graphs and structured data resources.Demonstrated expertise in integrating heterogeneous data types.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with longitudinal or time-series data at scale.Knowledge of domain-specific modeling and outcome prediction.Familiarity with industry data standards and interoperability frameworks (HL7, FHIR,



OMOP).Experience with causal inference methods.Publication record in applied computational science or related fields.Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Understanding of data privacy requirements and regulatory compliance.LocationUSA, WA, SeattleBenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $159,200.00 - $215,300.00 USD annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
