Plant General Manager We are seeking an experienced Plant General Manager to lead our Osnago manufacturing site – a strategically important facility producing high‐value medical devices, inhalation systems, and healthcare packaging for highly regulated markets. This role has full accountability for site performance, combining safety, quality, operational excellence, people leadership, and financial delivery.What You'll Be Responsible For Health, Safety & Environment (Top Priority) Champion a zero‐harm culture and ensure full compliance with company standards and Italian regulationsLead risk identification, prevention programs,
and corrective actionsAct as the senior decision‐maker in safety or emergency situationsDrive strong environmental performance across energy, waste, water, and pellet loss preventionOperational Excellence Lead end‐to‐end manufacturing across injection molding, assembly, decoration, and cleanroomsDeliver key KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and ProductivityEmbed strong daily management routines and visible shopfloor leadershipDrive continuous improvement using Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, RCA, TPM, SMED)Quality, Compliance & Regulation Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FDA and other regulatory frameworksMaintain audit readiness and ensure robust corrective and preventive actionsFoster a culture of quality ownership across all functionsFinancial & Business Leadership Deliver site financial objectives including EBITDA, cost control, and cash generationOwn key P&L; levers such as labor efficiency, scrap, energy, and conversion costsLead CAPEX planning, execution, and ROI deliveryUse data and insight to support disciplined,

and decoration operationsWhat We're Looking For Experience & Background Proven Plant Manager or senior operations leadership experience in complex, regulated manufacturingStrong exposure to plastics, medical devices, pharmaceutical packaging, or similar industriesDemonstrated success delivering financial results and leading transformation initiativesEducation Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Plastics/Polymer, Chemical, or similar)Bachelor's degree considered with significant relevant experienceSkills & Capabilities Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and maintenanceDeep knowledge of safety, quality systems, and regulatory environmentsSolid Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement expertiseComfortable working with ERP,
