Greenkeeper Assistant

will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and controlling golf course maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and quality in accordance with required playing conditions and established standards. Plan, organize, and allocate daily work tasks and prepare staff schedules. Monitor task execution to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. Provide technical and operational training and guidance to the maintenance team. Collaborate with the Head Greenkeeper on strategic priorities and innovations. Report and address breakdowns, repairs, equipment replacement needs, or improvements. Proven experience in golf course or sports field maintenance. Flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts. Italian fluency is a requirment
