As the Special Operations Project Manager, you plan, execute, and track complex wind‑industry projects within the Special Operations team, coordinating with Sourcing, Regional Operations, and Customers to uphold service quality. You lead project teams, secure resources, and drive on‑site execution while monitoring cost, timing, and staffing. You’ll improve delivery by resolving obstacles and ensuring material, tooling, and documentation readiness. Your role blends leadership, safety, and cross‑functional collaboration to satisfy customers and support long‑term planning. Retribuzione / Benefits
Organize project teams and assign responsibilities Develop project schedules and determine resource needs Ensure on‑site execution aligns with internal and customer requirements Monitor project status (cost, timing, staffing) and contribute to claims input Identify and resolve obstacles to on‑time, on‑budget delivery Ensure availability of materials, tooling, manpower,
and documentation Serve as the primary contact for involved parties Contribute to long‑term and budget planning by gathering demands and providing forecasts Onboard and mentor other project managers Responsabilità
2+ years as a project manager in the wind industry 5+ years of practical on‑site experience Completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification Able to work at heights On‑site handling of lifting operations and mobile crane, project planning and execution training Strong health and safety focus Project planning, organization and execution skills Advanced IT competency (MS Office, company databases and SAP desirable) Nordex Competencies (Teamwork, Communications, etc) Preparation of HSE documentation for exchanges Strong Customer focus and can‑do attitude Willing to travel regularly, including weeks away from home Fluent in English and possibly local language #J-18808-Ljbffr
