In this role, you help customers maximize value from Workday post go-live by acting as a trusted advisor on configuration, demonstrations, and adoption. You’ll deliver targeted consulting, guidance, and presentations to accelerate feature use. You’ll engage directly with customers, sharing knowledge and best practices while learning new Workday concepts. Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements Communicate responses and value clearly to customers Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars) Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator) Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and stay updated with roadmap Contribute to developing new programs to drive customer feature adoption Support other Customer Enablement services (Office Hours, configuration reviews, deployment of features) Travel up to 20% Responsabilità
3+ years of IT implementation experience 3+ years of HR/Finance system experience including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards 2+ years of software consulting experience Fluent in at least one of: French, Spanish, Italian or German Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience Requisiti fondamentali
