Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you drive end-to-end cost management for projects within Turner & Townsend’s Cost Management division in Italy. You’ll work closely with project teams to estimate, monitor and report costs, while identifying risks and optimizing budgets. You’ll negotiate contracts and foster strong supplier and client relationships to deliver value. propose mitigations, and monitor implementation Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to improve cost efficiency 5 years' experience in Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial, Data Centres (CM) or 10+ years (SCM) Good knowledge of construction methods and procurement Experience with multiple estimating tools and applications Proficient with spreadsheets and databases Collaborative, client- and stakeholder-facing Strong organizational, listening and communication skills Proven cost/commercial management experience, preferably in consultancy In this role you drive end-to-end cost management for projects within Turner & Townsend’s Cost Management division in Italy.
