In this global leadership role, you drive Allianz Partners' Customer Experience Insights strategy, turning VoC data and operational metrics into actionable guidance. You lead a CX analytics team to improve journeys, strengthen customer satisfaction, and influence strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to embed a customer-centric culture across products, services, and processes. You will leverage AI-enabled analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
