Manager / Team Leader

As Engineering Manager, you steer the development of the project portfolio and standard+ products to establish Eurochiller as a leading PCS player. You guide local portfolio strategy, ensure timely, cost-effective and high-quality delivery, and align with market needs and PCM priorities. You build the Engineering Department into a center of competence in cooling technologies and product innovation, while growing capabilities and ensuring QA and design rule compliance. You’ll lead talent development, foster cross-divisional collaboration, and promote sustainable, future-ready cooling solutions. Salary package: White collar, lev.
