What you'll do:

- Supervise daily automation operations and technical workflows.
- Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of automation systems and solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, IT, and operations teams to ensure reliable system performance.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation.
- Support automation projects from planning through implementation and ongoing support.
- Maintain operational records, technical documentation, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Assist with resource planning,



workload scheduling, and team coordination.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automation, industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, engineering, mechatronics, process improvement, technical operations, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of automation systems, industrial technologies, and production processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with standard business software and technical applications.
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience is welcomed.

Retribuzione: €50.000,00 all'anno
