Do Work That Matters – Your Role and Responsibilities

Do you want to do work that is truly meaningful and impactful? Our KPMG Tax & Legal professionals work at the forefront of tax and corporate law, delivering integrated and innovative services across all key areas.

As part of our Tax Consulting team in Padova, you’ll help clients navigate the tax system. You’ll be working in a constantly evolving environment, where national and international regulations intersect with market expectations as well as public opinion on crucial topics such as ethics, transparency and corporate governance.

What you’ll be doing

- Analysis of routine direct and indirect tax matters (tax advice).
- Calculation of corporate income taxes (IRES and IRAP) and preparation of annual income tax returns (tax compliance).
- VAT and withholding tax reporting (tax compliance).
- Analysis of tax risks and implementation of appropriate systems to monitor and measure them.
- Assistance in dealings with the Italian Revenue Agency.

You’ll be involved in national and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field.

Your Qualifications, Skills and Characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity if you have:

- a master's degree in economics (LM-77 or LM-56), with a final mark of at least 100/110;
- qualified as a chartered accountant or wish to begin your qualifying work experience;




- a good command of English, preferably with experience studying and/or working abroad;
- a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
