Regional Loss Prevention Specialist

who is passionate about investigations, training, root-cause analysis, risk management, compliance, and business partnership. This is more than a traditional loss prevention role—it's an opportunity to influence how we protect our business across multiple countries while collaborating with leaders from different functions and cultures. If you're naturally curious, analytical, and motivated by solving complex challenges, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As our Regional Loss Prevention Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting and strengthening loss prevention initiatives across the international space. You'll work closely with business leaders, Human Resources, Operations, and site teams to identify, prevent and mitigate losses and risks, investigate incidents, and implement solutions that safeguard our people and assets. Responsibilities include awareness training, investigations, fraud detection, site assessments, compliance reviews, and supporting asset protection programs across the region. Most importantly, you'll help build a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. What Makes This Opportunity Unique You'll support locations across Europe, with occasional travel to the rest of the world and opportunities to connect with global teams. This role requires approximately 50% travel, allowing you to develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. You'll collaborate directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to influence business decisions and drive risk reduction initiatives. and continuous development. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in criminal sciences or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Investigations, Fraud Prevention, or a related field. Strong analytical and investigative skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English. Availability for international travel and eligibility to travel to the United States for meetings and training. Professional certifications such as LPC, CFI, or CFE are considered a plus.
