HRSHRS is seeking a Hotel Experience Manager to be the primary operational contact for hotel partners. You will deliver exceptional partner experiences by providing consultative support and enabling hotels to maximize performance through the HRS 5S Framework and VPAY solutions. You will own onboarding, manage relationships, advise on pricing and availability, and collaborate with Product, Operations and Customer Success to drive adoption and growth across global hotel programs.
