Our Digital Economy Transactions Practice
We help clients address the legal, regulatory, and commercial issues that arise at the intersection of technology,
data, innovation, and risk. From technology transactions to privacy and cybersecurity, we guide clients across the full technology life cycle. We advise companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, helping them align innovation with responsible data use, regulatory expectations, and business objectives.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for curious and driven penultimate or final-year law students who are eager to begin their legal career in an international law firm. You should have a genuine interest in AI, cybersecurity and data protection, a strong appetite for learning, and the ambition to explore how technology is shaping the future.
Desired profile:
- Strong academic credentials
- Fluent written and spoken English
- A proactive, collegial working style and a genuine enthusiasm for emerging legal and regulatory developments in technology
- International experience, such as an Erasmus or exchange programme, is an advantage
