Position
Berluti, the only men's Maison of the LVMH Group, was founded in Paris in 1895 by the Italian Alessandro Berluti. Starting with bespoke footwear and built by four generations of shoemakers, the Maison now offers a complete head-to-toe wardrobe for the modern man, including ready-to-wear, shoes, leather goods, accessories, and exceptional objects. With over 70 stores worldwide, as well as a unique bespoke service available through its workshops in Rue Marbeuf and Rue de Sèvres in Paris, Berluti celebrates craftsmanship, timeless savoir-faire, and cutting-edge technique.
MISSION
Manifattura Berluti is looking for a T&M; and Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the optimization of production and logistics processes. The resource, reporting to the T&M; and Continuous Improvement Manager, will actively contribute to the definition of standards, time and motion analysis, and the management of continuous improvement projects in a dynamic environment.
Job responsibilities
ACTIVITIES
- Active participation in continuous improvement projects based on Lean methodologies.
- Support for the development of digital tools for data analysis and KPI monitoring (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps).
- Execution of time studies and definition of standard production times.
- Preparation of standard work and operational instructions for production departments.
- Definition and entry of standard production cycles in SAP.
- Support for the management of master data, bills of material, and cycles in SAP.
- Collaboration in the analysis and optimization of layouts and production flows.
Profile
- Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Computer Science) or in technical-scientific disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., internship, junior position) in Time & Motion, Industrialization, or Continuous Improvement, preferably in manufacturing contexts.
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
- Basic competence in time and motion analysis.
- Good knowledge of SAP (modules related to production cycles, master data, bills of material).
- Excellent command of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of tools such as Power BI or Power Apps is preferred.
- Results-oriented, precise, and attentive to detail.
- Teamwork attitude and proactivity.
Good knowledge of the English language.

Berluti has been making shoes for the elegant man since it was founded. Offbeat classicism and technical virtuosity are keynotes of the House, while its character remains the same. Its story began at the end of the 19th century, when a young 30-year-old Italian brought his creative energy to Paris in order to practice his craft as a master shoemaker. He named his first model, a lace-up shoe, after himself, Alessandro, and the House took his surname, Berluti. Since then, every generation of the House has cultivated exceptional savoir-faire in the mastery of form and working with leather and patinas. The result is models that are incomparably elegant and comfortable. But more than simply a prestigious shoemaker, Berluti has always represented a certain art de vivre. Naturally, new areas of expression have been explored: leather goods in 2005, and in 2011 a ready-to-wear line was launched.
