Job Title: IT Manager
Reports to: CFO / COO / CEO
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the administration of servers, networks (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and telephony systems.
- Helpdesk Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of tickets (SLA adherence).
- Cloud Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and Azure/AWS environments.
- Security: Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols, including endpoint protection, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
- Procurement: Manage vendor relationships, hardware/software purchasing, and IT budget tracking.
- Policy: Develop and enforce IT policies regarding acceptable use, data protection, and BYOD.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in IT support/engineering; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Technical: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V/VMware, and Cisco/Meraki networking.
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified (Azure/Modern Desktop) preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills; ability to translate "tech-speak" to non-technical staff.

Pay: €33,252.26 - €73,470.21 per year
