Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development | CEO office

In this role, you will drive strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives to strengthen sennder’s market leadership. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Co-Founders, and the Executive Team to translate concepts into actionable plans and implement transformative programs. A key focus is leading an AI-first transformation and strategic finance initiatives that create lasting impact. This position offers exposure to multiple business areas and the chance to shape how a high-growth logistics tech company scales responsibly.

- Identify and execute strategic priorities to advance company objectives
- Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team from concept to implementation
- Lead an AI-first transformation program and strategic finance initiatives
- Create business plans, financial models, and strategic presentations
- Coordinate between CEO, board,



investors and internal stakeholders to align on priorities
- Prepare key meetings and support strategy offsites
- Conduct market analyses and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities
- 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (consulting, transaction advisory, or investment banking preferred)
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with proficiency in quantitative modeling and financial xlwpduy analysis
- Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic projects or large-scale transformations
- Action-oriented mindset with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Experience leading small, high-performing teams (desired)
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with AI-driven approaches
