ppbPosition Type: /b Fixed-Term Contract /p pbDuration: /b 9–12 months /p h3Meet the Team /h3 pOur Product Operations team prepares the supply chain for new product introductions. We focus on supporting the continuity of material supply and delivery, helping to prevent shortages between prototypes and early production. You will be part of a team developing Optical Products that transport data across datacenters, designed to extend AI model complexity and capability. You will work with hardware and software engineers, project managers, quality and test engineers, and commodity managers. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pIn this role, you will provide operational support to the Product Operations team, focusing on the execution of supply chain tasks to ensure material continuity. You will assist in the preparation of new product supply chains, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery between prototypes and early production. Your key responsibilities include: /p ul liAssist in maintaining cost BOM integrity and performing routine risk analysis. Support the team by capturing data for supply chain strategy updates. /li liImplement routine BOM risk analysis, identify potential material shortages, and track resolution steps for high-risk parts under the mentorship of senior team members. /li liSupport the preparation of the supply chain and help track ramp plans to ensure material supply and delivery continuity between prototype and early production. /li liAssist in coordinating with suppliers to track performance and maintain collaborative working relationships.



/li liSupport the analysis of hardware cost drivers; assist in identifying and detailing cost avoidance opportunities. /li liCoordinate with global sourcing and technical teams to gather data for product cost and supply chain resiliency reviews. /li liAssist in communicating hardware status updates to the business unit and operation teams. /li liCollaborate with the supply chain project management community to support the implementation of process innovations. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation /b: BA/BS degree in Supply Chain and/or Engineering. /li libExperience /b: Up to 3 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, management engineering, or business analysis. /li libCommunication /b: Proficient in spoken and written English. /li libSupply Chain Operations /b: understanding of BOM and material procurement, including planning and scheduling best practices. /li libManufacturing Data Support /b: understanding of manufacturing support and supply chain process optimization, including data analysis for cost, lead time, and risk mitigation. /li libOperational Familiarity /b: understanding of inventory control, cost-pricing tools, database systems /li libTechnical skills /b: Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and PowerPoint. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul libSelf-Starter: /b You are dedicated to delivering on assigned tasks and possess excellent communication skills. /li libAnalytical Mindset: /b You bring strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy. /li libTech-Forward: /b You have a basic understanding of AI tools, LLM, and AI agents. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
