The Cluster Payroll / Workday Specialist is responsible for managing payroll operations across multiple hotel properties within the cluster, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The role also supports and maintains the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and optimization of payroll processes.
/p h3Payroll Management /h3 ul liProcess monthly payroll for multiple hotel properties in a timely and accurate manner /li liEnsure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies /li liManage payroll‑related data including salaries, benefits, deductions, and overtime /li liReconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies /li liLiaise with external payroll providers when applicable /li /ul h3Workday System Management /h3 ul liMaintain and update employee data within Workday /li liEnsure data accuracy and integrity across HR and payroll modules /li liSupport system updates, testing, and implementation of new functionalities /li liGenerate and analyze reports from Workday for payroll, HR, and management needs /li liProvide technical support and training to users /li /ul h3Compliance Reporting /h3 ul liEnsure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements /li liPrepare payroll reports, statutory filings, and year‑end documentation /li liSupport internal and external audits /li /ul h3Collaboration Support /h3 ul liAct as a key point of contact for payroll and Workday‑related queries /li liCollaborate with HR, Finance,
