Experteer Overview
In this Territory Manager role, you will lead commercial development for Cardiac Occluders and ICE adoption across assigned accounts. You'll partner with interventional cardiology teams and hospital stakeholders to drive procedures, optimize outcomes, and grow market share. You will act as the primary commercial and technical liaison, shaping account plans and coordinating cross‐functional efforts. This position offers impact through shaping procedural workflows and expanding imaging‐guided care within the territory.

- Develop and execute account plans to grow procedural volumes and market share
- Lead commercial discussions, tenders and purchasing processes
- Defend Abbott pricing strategy and value proposition
- Monitor competitive activities and identify growth opportunities
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across accounts
- Coordinate local KOL management
- Drive adoption of intra‐procedural imaging solutions (ICE) and imaging‐guided workflows
- Provide technical support during Cardiac Occluders procedures for LAA closure/occlusion
- Support procedural planning, case reviews and clinical discussions
- Deliver product, therapy and imaging education to physicians and cath lab teams
- Act as a clinical/technical resource for imaging applications with focus on ICE
- Support pre‐procedural planning and intra‐procedural imaging guidance
- Collaborate with clinicians and imaging specialists to optimize workflows
- Liaise with cross‐functional departments (Clinical Studies, Sales, Customer Service, Tender Management)
- Maintain CRM/SFDC data and sales forecasts
- Manage consignment inventory and product availability
- Report Product Event Reports per policy
- Ensure compliance with Abbott quality, legal, and ethical standards
Responsabilità
- University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering or technical discipline
- Significant experience within the medical device industry
- Proven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and working with Interventional Cardiologists
- Proven experience with Cardiac Occluders procedures for LAA closure/occlusion
- Experience working with Electrophysiologists and electrophysiology programs is a plus
- Experience supporting Cath Lab and/or Hybrid OR procedures
- Experience with cardiac imaging workflows (pre‐procedural planning and intra‐procedural imaging)
- Experience with Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) is a plus
- Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation and account management skills
- Professional proficiency in English
