Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will lead Life Science project delivery in Italy, shaping cost, schedule and performance to meet client goals. You’ll work within the Life Science team to drive strategic commissions and high-profile projects. You will partner with GCs, vendors and consultants to manage budgets, change orders and close-out activities. The opportunity offers exposure to market-leading clients and the chance to influence project outcomes across a global firm. You’ll use your technical and collaborative skills to support engineering decisions and ensure on-time delivery.

- Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets with tracking of critical milestones
- Coordinate general contractor, vendors and consultants through project lifecycle
- Review and approve construction proposals, pricing, scopes, and cost-loaded schedules
- Assess work‑in‑place, approve capex spends, and review payment requests




- Lead client meetings and advocate on client behalf during disputes or changes
- Monitor and report on factors influencing construction costs to support engineering decisions
- Coordinate scheduling reviews to ensure equipment meets timelines
- Manage transfer of building operations to client, including close‑out documentation and warranties
- Review and validate cost estimates prepared by contractors and client organization
- Identify and record potential claims and act on the client’s behalf
- Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Proven experience as a xlwpduy Project Manager in Life Sciences or High Tech facility construction
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations
- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Self‑motivated team player with entrepreneurial thinking and creativity
- Experience in managing teams, delivering commissions, and business development
