ppGreentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of a leading multinational company in the fields of Management Consulting and Engineering Technical Advisory, is looking for a: /p h3Consultant Engineer - Solar /h3 h3Key Skills: /h3 ul liServe as Expert for the tasks related to the Energy Yield Assessment (EYA) and Solar Resource Assessment for during Technical Due Diligence processes, being able to perform related tasks by using market standard SW (PVSYST, PVCASE), etc, as well being able to run production/performance predictions for operating plants on the basis of operating data; /li liShe/he is familiar with the different solar resource (meteo data) databases, knowing uncertainties, pro-cons, comparison with field data, filtering, and determination of suitable solar resource data for EYA purposes; /li liShe/he is familiar with the PV technology and motivated to increase her/his skills and knowledge in the PV technology sector, growing as technology focal point for technology upgrades and being aligned with the sector; /li liShe/he is familiar with Autocad SW, she/he can efficiently use it for the purpose of PV design /layout assessment and verification, and generating conceptual /basic design for PV Plants; /li liShe/he is familiar with principles of PV design from the electrical and mechanical perspective,



being able to determinate a PV Plant preliminary sizing and identifying optimal technological choices; /li liPrevious experience as Project Engineer /Project Manager for the construction of PV /BESS Plants is an added value and /or strong motivation also in acting in similar roles with tempo parziale spent on PV construction sites (limited with respect to desktop activities); /li liFamiliar with Owner's Engineer (OE) activities across all project stages, including concept and feasibility, RFP preparation, bidding, bid evaluation, contract negotiations, construction supervision, and acceptance testing; /li liCollaborate with both internal and external project partners to ensure cohesive progress; /li liKnowledge of BESS /Hybrid Plants id also an added value for the job profile. /li /ul h3Qualifications and attributes: /h3 ul lientrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation; /li liflexibility and adaptability to diverse contexts and interlocutors; /li liintellectual curiosity and generosity; /li listrong business acumen and creativity; /li liability to interpret and resolve complex situations; /li liindependence and leadership capabilities in project management /li /ul h3Education and experience: /h3 ul limaster’s Degree in Electrical Engineering /Energy/Mechanical (or related engineering field); /li li3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles, ideally with a technical advisory firm; experience in the PV industry is also acceptable; /li liproficiency in English (minimum B2 level required). /li /ul pLocation: Genova (GE) or Bologna (BO). /p pThis job posting is open to candidates of all genders, in line with Italian Legislative Decree No. 198/2006.
