ph3Overview /h3pIn this role you drive the industrialization and continuous improvement of production lines within an international setting. You safeguard design integrity while solving complex technical issues and guaranteeing key process performance. You lead cross-cultural teams to implement Lean/Six Sigma methods, optimize capacities, and align projects with cost and efficiency goals. You will partner with diverse stakeholders to shape line architectures, tool usage, and investment profitability, contributing to scalable manufacturing with measurable impact. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliMaintain design integrity of products and advise on complex technical issues /liliGuarantee performance of industrial processes (DT, IE, OEE, TTP) /liliLead service methods within a unit or specialized technology group /liliImplement SPS principles and develop methods/tools (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, MPH) /liliManage team according to SPS/SIM rules and plant cycles /liliDrive continuous improvement for line architectures and resource optimization /liliEnsure capacity adaptation with dedicated tools (CAMA,
