The role emphasizes transparency, shareholder reporting, performance analysis and strategic finance partnership. /p h3Key Roles and Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all reporting cycles. /li liPrepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to internal stakeholders and shareholders. /li liConduct deep financial analysis to support business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. /li liSupport the preparation of shareholder reporting materials, including board-level presentations and financial summaries. /li liPartner with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between financial performance and business strategy. /li liEnsure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies. /li liMonitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities. /li liContribute to strategic planning through robust financial modelling and scenario analysis. /li liSupport internal and external audits, ensuring full documentation and transparency. /li liTranslate financial data and insights clearly for both English and Chinese‑speaking stakeholders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 4+ years of professional experience in finance within an international company.
