Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951, part of Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun, is looking for an HR Generalist for our HQ in Milan (MI).

Posizione:

S/he will join Sergio Rossi Corporate HR Department based in Milan to support the following HR activities or projects:

- Manage HR administration, including contracts, employee records, HR database updates, and filing.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, checklists, and internal follow-up.
- Support recruitment for retail roles, especially France retail positions.
- Assist with basic HR operational tasks, such as probation follow-up, attendance/leave tracking support, employee data updates, and document preparation.
- Support ad hoc HR tasks, internal coordination,



and HR project follow-up as needed.

Requisiti:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR and/or equivalent Master
- Excellent command of the Italian and English languages, good knowledge of French will be a plus
- Good knowledge of all MS Office tools, in particular Excel and Power Point
- Strong relational skills, proactiveness and passion for business
- Confidentiality, flexibility, attention to details, multi-cultural approach
Interest in luxury goods industry and passion for the Brand

Altre informazioni:

- Annual Gross Salary : between 25k and 30k€
- One-year fixed-term contract
- Buoni pasto per worked day
