In this role you will support Richemont’s HSE strategy across all Maisons, partnering with the external RSPP to drive health, safety and environmental initiatives. You will implement programs, train staff, and ensure adherence to HSE policies while fostering a strong safety culture. You’ll oversee risk assessment, incident investigations, audits, and contractor management to protect people and operations. This position offers meaningful impact through cross-site collaboration and contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities

Implement and manage HSE activities across operations
Plan and deliver engaging HSE training to enhance awareness and compliance
Ensure adherence to Richemont HSE policies, standards, and guidance
Develop and communicate robust safety and environmental plans, including emergencies
Build HSE capability of site staff and subcontractors
Coordinate HSE inductions, audits, inspections, and compliance checks (fire safety, H&S;)
Lead incident investigations with the external RSPP and identify root causes




Provide expert risk assessment support and develop mitigation strategies
Manage contractor and supplier HSE compliance
Engage stakeholders to promote HSE awareness and collaboration
Develop and implement performance measurement systems for HSE
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends and proposing solutions
Participate in Local HS&E; Management Committee with the external RSPP
Requirements

Proven experience as an HSE Specialist, preferably in retail or multi-site environments
Solid understanding xlwpduy of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Bachelor in Science, Engineering, or related technical field
ASPP certification highly desirable
Native Italian; fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and influencing skills
Excellent planning, organization, and time management; ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, resilient, and collaborative attitude
