In this role you drive continuous improvement for the Amazon Logistics driver experience, collaborating with station management to standardise processes and deliver data‑driven wins. You’ll own process gaps, run analyses to uncover inefficiencies, and lead a small team to implement practical solutions across 200+ delivery stations. The role blends operations, analytics, and stakeholder engagement to help ensure safe, on‑time deliveries and a better onboarding experience for associates and partners.

- Audit processes for compliance and close gaps





- Analyze feedback and use data to own and implement site process improvements

- Collaborate with station management and stakeholders to identify and solve process issues

- Bachelor

- Experience working on milestone‑driven projects

- Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting

- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis

- Experience communicating with a wide range xlwpduy of stakeholders
