Join IBA’s mission to fight cancer by delivering advanced particle accelerators for radiopharmaceutical production. /p pAs a Field Service Engineer for our Radiopharma Systems, you will be a key player in bringing installing and maintaining life‑saving technologies to hospitals worldwide. You will focus particularly on the high‑energy (30 MeV) accelerator components at customer locations to ensure seamless interventions on advanced systems that have a real impact. You will help deliver a final, reliable working product within defined timelines that matches quality, performance and customer satisfaction requirements. /p pAs a specialist in innovative solutions, you’ll represent IBA with confidence and expertise. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pAs a Field Service Engineer - Radiopharma Systems, you will: /p ul liinstall equipment/systems according to the defined planning, procedure timelines and operating processes /li limaintain equipment/systems according to the maintenance schedule, and repair equipment/systems taking all necessary actions to solve problems /li lidebug and report bugs to the RD Team, and you oversee testing equipment/systems according to the specifications /li litrain less experienced colleagues to use properly and safely equipment/systems /li lidocument and report interventions and actions undertaken in CMMS, with the required level of details and accuracy /li liwith the rest of the team,



you are on call to provide a helpdesk service and respond to various problems of our clients /li /ul h3Skills And Qualifications /h3 pWe are searching for an “hands on” Engineer with an excellent team spirit, eager to learn and willing to travel worldwide. /p h3You have /h3 ul liA Master’s degree in electro‑mechanics or equivalent through experience /li liSuccessful experience in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting complex systems (ideally in high‑energy physics, nuclear medicine, high‑frequency systems, magnet power supplies, radar systems, or optical beam systems) /li liProven expertise in root‑cause analysis, with the ability to lead large‑scale system troubleshooting /li liStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and the IBA team /li liExcellent oral and written communication skills in English /li /ul h3And you are /h3 ul liA driven, proactive and hands‑on individual /li liAble to organize your work autonomously and take initiatives /li liWilling to travel up to 60% of your time, including mostly week‑ends /li liWilling to work different shift times, when necessary /li liCapable of handling pressure in stressful situations /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liAttractive Benefits: Competitive package including company car, meal vouchers, group insurance, and more. /li liTravel the world/International Adventure: Embrace the opportunity to travel across continents while supporting high‑tech equipment on‑site.
