At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pAs bCivil and Structural Engineer /b, you will respond to the Head of Civil Department and be part of the bENCAR /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign of steel structures, reinforced concrete structures and foundation works, where required, it will be necessary to develop studies and calculation notes for reinforced concrete, piling works, steel structures (including connection details) and steel modules structures (including pre-service design), and preparation of design specifications for steel and reinforced concrete structures /li liReview contract project technical documentation, requirements and of technical documentation developed by engineering suppliers /li liSupport the Discipline Lead in technical interface with Client and other internal and external interfaces /li liSet up and execute assigned engineering activities such as detail design, verification and studies relevant to any engineering topic associated to Civil and Structural discipline, pursuing objectives of sound engineering and design optimization in term of costs, fabrication ease and safety /li liProvide remote and/or on-site support to the engineering activities at site and/or at fabrication Yard /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation:



Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering /li liExperience: minimum 5 years as Civil and Structural Engineer within oil gas, petrochemical, renewable or floaters sectors /li liLanguages: English (C1), Italian (C1) /li liTechnical/IT Skills ul liProven experience of at least 5 years in the structural design of steel and concrete structures and foundations related to Energy and Industrial plants. /li liKnowledge of International structural design codes (i.e. US codes, British Standards and Eurocodes) is required. /li liExperience is requested in the design of modular steel structures, including in-place and pre-service analysis; knowledge of codes, standards and design guidelines for module design (i.e. API, ISO, DNV, etc.) /li liExperience in coordination of subcontractor activities and support to site activity, as well as management of interface with Client, Vendors, Fabrication Yards and other technical departments. /li liAdvanced familiarity with the Microsoft Office package. /li liAdvanced knowledge of software and tools for structural design (such as SAP2000, STAAD PRO, SACS and similar) /li liBasic knowledge of tools related to 2D drawing and 3D modeling (e.g. CAD, TEKLA STRUCTURES) /li liKnowledge of IdeaStatica is preferred /li /ul /li /ul h3Benefits / What Can We Offer To You /h3 ul liPermanent Contract – CCNL Energia e Petrolio /li liFor home office contract:
