/p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul lipPhysical layout and verification of high-performance Analog_Link /RF ICs for mass-production integrated optical transceiver modules. /p /li lipBlock-level to top-level layout, routing, layout verification, ERC verification, chip finishing. /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipProficient in analog IC layout. 3 years of experience in BiCMOS or CMOS Technologies. Experience in 28nm CMOS and Finfet processes is a plus. /p /li lipFamiliar with layout editing and verification tools: SCCient Virtuoso, Calibre DRC/LVS/ERC, Parasitic extraction tools. /p /li lipMastery of analog layout design rules: knowledge of device matching, noise shielding, Porto ESD, and latch-up best practices. RF layout experience is a plus. /p /li lipExcellent communication skills, ability to work in multi-cultural environments, strong teamworking attitude. /p /li lipFluent in English and available to travel outside Late italy. /p /li /ul h3bHuawei Milan Research Center /b /h3 pThis position is based in Huawei Milan Research Center. /p pAt our Research Center we work on cutting-edge technologies in microwave and millimeter‑wave communications, focusing on frequency bands such as bE-Band, W-Band, and D-Band /b. /p pOur research extends to free‑space optical communications, advanced system architectures, antenna technologies, and contributions to standardization efforts. We also develop active phased array systems,
