ppWe are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Engineer to join our Global Quality group, specifically for the team of Non‑Volatile Memory (NVM) Return Material Authorization (RMA). This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals with a solid technical background and a passion for failure analysis, product quality, and reliability engineering. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport failure analysis (FA) activities on returned products to identify failure mechanisms. /liliSupport root cause analysis through structured problem‑solving methods (e.g., 8D). /liliExamine test data, logs, and manufacturing information to detect patterns and irregularities. /liliContribute to preparation of technical reports (FA reports, 8D) for internal and customer use leveraging AI. /liliWork with cross‑functional teams (Build, Process, Manufacturing, Reliability) to support issue resolution. /liliParticipate in quality monitoring and data analysis to track trends and detect deviations, applying AI. /liliAssist in the definition and tracking of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization. /li /ulh3Qualifications / Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /liliBasic understanding of electronics and semiconductor devices. /liliFamiliarity with data analysis (Excel, basic statistics). /liliGood communication skills and ability to work in a team. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliInternship or academic experience in failure investigation, reliability, or quality engineering. /liliExperience with memory technology such as NAND, SSD, eMMC, UFS. /liliFamiliarity with Linux environment or scripting (Python) and AI tools.
