ppbRWE Renewables Italia S.r.l. /b /ppbTo start as soon as possible, tempo pieno, permanent /b /ppbFunctional area: /b Operations Maintenance /ppbRemuneration: /b EUR 41,500 – EUR 69,500 (Annual gross Total Target Compensation) /ppThe job reports to the Regional Site Manager. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the operation and maintenance of wind farms efficiently and effectively, in accordance with best practices and technical excellence objectives, through internal resources and/or third-party suppliers. /liliManage and oversee third-party suppliers within the assigned geographical area from both a technical and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) perspective, as well as from an economic standpoint. /liliManage balance of plant (BOP) operation and maintenance activities, including civil works, substations and associated infrastructure. /liliMaintain relationships with the Grid Manager, ENEL and Terna to support the safe and efficient operation of local wind farms. /liliCollect and analyse operational data, preparing reports on production, availability, maintenance, spare parts management and related activities. /liliPrepare monthly management reports, including budget versus actual comparisons for both technical and financial aspects. /liliSupport the Regional Site Manager in managing relationships with RWE business functions, monitor supplier performance from a contractual perspective, and provide feedback on service quality to support supplier selection and evaluation. /liliApply OM and HSSE business processes, proposing improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.



/li /ulh3Interfaces /h3ulliRegional Site Manager /liliMain Components Manager /liliBOP Asset Leaders /liliHead of OM /liliOperations Specialist /li /ulh3Key Skills Required /h3ulliDiploma from an Industrial Technical Institute in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, with 2–5 years of experience in maintenance management and/or the operation of renewable energy plants and asset management. /liliPrevious experience in OM activities for renewable energy generation facilities. /liliAbility to work across both mechanical and electrical/electronic disciplines, with appropriate training where required. /liliKnowledge of key environmental regulations and health and safety standards applicable to industrial plants. /liliExperience managing relationships with organisations and/or companies responsible for the operation and/or maintenance of production plants. /liliAbility to implement operational procedures and maintenance management processes. /liliPrevious experience in medium‑size or large organisations is preferred. /liliGood written and spoken English, with native-level fluency in Italian. /liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). /liliKnowledge of CAD. /liliKnowledge of SAP would be an advantage. /li /ulh3Your Benefits /h3pWe aim to make your time with us as rewarding as possible by fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
