In this role you drive international medical education and scientific engagement that supports Evolus' Medical Affairs strategy. You will coordinate education activities, develop materials, and engage medical faculty across global markets. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you help translate complex clinical insights into practical educational content and ensure compliant, high-quality programs. This is a globally oriented, results-driven position within a collaborative, growth-focused culture with a strong emphasis on scientific excellence. You will work to advance Evolus’ mission through impactful medical education and stakeholder collaboration.

- Support international medical education initiatives aligned with Medical Affairs strategy
- Coordinate and manage medical education activities (cadaver workshops, injection technique trainings, scientific meetings, educational events)
- Develop, review, and maintain scientific and clinical materials (slides, FAQs, resources, anatomical education materials)
- Engage medical faculty, trainers, KOLs, and healthcare professionals in educational initiatives
- Serve as scientific liaison across Medical Affairs, Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, Compliance, and Legal
- Manage day-to-day Medical Affairs operations (grants,



events, vendor coordination, documentation, tracking systems)
- Coordinate contracts, consulting agreements, POs, invoices, and budget with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and partners
- Gather, analyze, and communicate medical insights from professionals and meetings to inform decisions
- Monitor program metrics and educational outcomes for continuous improvement
- Ensure activities comply with regulations and company policies
- Maintain records and documentation related to medical activities and engagements
- Collaborate and demonstrate accountability while supporting evolving business needs
- Travel up to 30%
- Hybrid onsite in Milan, Italy (Tue-Thu)

- Advanced healthcare degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, NP, or equivalent)
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
- Experience supporting medical education programs and scientific engagement
- Ability to develop and review scientific and educational materials
- Strong scientific literacy to translate clinical information into educational content
- Excellent communication and cross-functional engagement skills
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Experience in international and cross-cultural environments
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems
