Those stories are part of what makes this such a special place to work. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pThe Assistant Garment Technician supports the Product Development and Technical team in the Florence, Italy office (Piazza Indipendenza) and works closely with the Technical Department Lead to develop technical expertise through hands-on training, mentorship, and guided learning. This role provides direct support to technical operations while building the skills required to contribute effectively to the product development process. The Assistant Garment Technician embraces continuous learning, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and grows within a dynamic international corporate environment. This position offers an excellent entry-level opportunity for an individual eager to learn a specialized trade and build a long-term career in the apparel industry. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSupport the receipt, organization, measurement, and tracking of garment samples to ensure alignment with design specifications and production requirements. /li liMaintain daily communication with vendors and suppliers to monitor garment development progress, address issues, and support adherence to production timelines.



/li liAssist with updating internal PLM systems by entering technical specifications, measurement charts, fit comments, and other product development data to maintain accurate and timely records. /li liFoster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. /li liIn addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned. /li /ul h3Skills You Will Need /h3 ul liCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional partners, while effectively conveying technical information and development updates. /li liAttention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision when measuring garments, reviewing specifications, maintaining product data, and tracking sample development. /li liOrganization Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple samples, deadlines, technical documents, and development activities in a fast-paced environment. /li liTechnical Aptitude: Ability to learn garment construction, measurement standards, fit evaluation, and other apparel technical concepts through hands-on training and mentorship. /li liProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems: Ability to maintain accurate product information, technical specifications, measurement charts, and fit comments within internal PLM platforms. /li liVendor Supplier Partnership: Ability to build productive working relationships with external partners,
