M&A; Expert
Responsibilities:
- Drive the M&A; roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and long‑term growth priorities.
- Manage the M&A; process end to end, from proactive market scouting to target origination.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition targets across relevant markets, business models, and technologies.
- Lead strategic, financial, and business assessments, including valuation, industrial fit, synergies, and risk analysis.
- Take full ownership of deal execution, coordinating due diligence across legal, financial, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams.
- Play a key role in negotiations, defining deal structures, terms, and closing conditions.
- Act as the main point of contact for external advisors and internal stakeholders at the executive level.
- Prepare and present investment cases, decision papers, and recommendations to top management and governance bodies.
- Define and oversee post‑merger integration strategies, ensuring value realization, operational alignment, and cultural integration.
- Track and report performance of completed transactions versus the original business case.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience managing the M&A; process end to end within corporate M&A;, investment banking, corporate finance,
or strategy consulting environments.
- Proven leadership and ownership in managing complex transactions with autonomy and accountability.
- Strong financial skills, including valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to connect individual transactions to broader industrial and corporate strategy.
- Strong cross‑functional influence and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent executive communication skills, with confidence in interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
- Ability to make decisions in fast‑paced, ambiguous, and high‑uncertainty contexts.
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
