ppWe are working with a contractor delivering a large Data Centre project in Milan. They are looking to appoint an ME Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery on a live project. /ppThis is a rotation role working on a technically complex build, with a strong package and long‑term work in place. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage commercial aspects of ME packages on site /liliWork closely with project teams and subcontractors to track costs and progress /liliPrepare valuations,



variations and final accounts /liliMonitor project costs and support financial reporting /liliReview drawings and specifications to support commercial delivery /liliAssist with procurement and subcontractor management /liliEnsure commercial performance is aligned with project targets /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience in an ME Quantity Surveyor role /liliBackground working with contractors on large‑scale construction projects /liliData Centre experience is highly desirable /liliStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems /liliGood commercial awareness and cost control experience /liliMust have the right to work in Italy /li /ulh3Package /h3ulli€160 net weekly allowance /liliApartment and utility bills covered /liliIn‑country travel provided /liliRotation role /liliExpat tax scheme available (subject to eligibility) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
