This role requires a dynamic individual who can partner with internal and external creative teams to transform briefs and concepts into production-ready presentations, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with SharkNinja’s creative DNA and social-first mindset — and who is equally comfortable in front of the camera as behind it. /ppbWhat You'll Do /b /pulliAssist with Creative Concepting and Pre-Production: Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to turn briefs and concepts into fully executable, production-ready presentations. /liliHelp conceptualize and bring ideas to life across Shark and Ninja product suites by preparing storyboards, shot lists, and other pre-production planning documents alongside the internal studio team.



/liliEnsure creative boundaries are pushed and a social-first mindset is applied across all concepts, while implementing SharkNinja's creative DNA and quality standards. /liliContent Creation and Execution: Film and execute concepts at Shark and Ninja shoots, ensuring high-quality content aligned with pre-production planning and materials. /liliAppear on camera as a confident, natural presence — presenting products, leading tutorials, and bringing the Shark and Ninja brands to life for Italian-speaking audiences across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. /liliEdit concepts captured at shoots, depending on bandwidth and number of active shoots. /liliLiaise with freelance editors during multiple projects, ensuring clear direction, organized file delivery, and precise directives for action edits according to post-production timelines. /liliSupport the Sr. Director of Social Content Studio throughout the post-production process to ensure feedback is actioned on all deliverables and learnings are documented for future improvement. /liliLead on uploading and scheduling organic content across handles. /liliManager reporting on organic content performance. /li /ulpbWhat You'll Bring /b /pulli2+ years of social media content creation experience at a creative agency, brand, or similar. Product-focused experience is a plus. /liliAbility to produce and edit compelling short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube, maintaining consistent quality and creative excellence. /liliConfidence and ease on camera — you are comfortable presenting, demonstrating,



and performing to camera in a way that feels natural and engaging, not scripted. /liliNative Italian speaker with strong English — able to write and deliver content naturally in both languages, with an instinct for tone and humour that resonates with Italian audiences. /liliStrong eye for content creation, social media trends, and social-first editing practices. /liliStrong understanding of creative development processes. /liliExceptional organizational and time management skills. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative quality and meeting tight deadlines.
