The Edenred Group recognizes, recruits, and develops all talents and singularities. /p pWe are committed to preventing all forms of discrimination and to providing all our candidates with equal opportunities regardless of gender or gender expression, disability, origin, religious belief, sexual orientation, or any other criteria. /p h3Demand Manager /h3 pWe are looking for a bDemand Manager /b with strong expertise in business process analysis and optimization, capable of understanding how business processes are supported by applications, systems, and data flows across the organization. /p pThe role will act as the primary bridge between Business and Technology stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are properly understood, translated into valuable initiatives, and delivered through effective IT solutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBusiness Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze end-to-end business processes, map and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN 2.0, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation; collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign processes and improve operational performance through technology-enabled solutions. /li liDemand Management and Prioritization: Collect, assess, and qualify business requests and improvement opportunities, build business cases, support prioritization activities,



balance business value with available capacity and architectural constraints, and maintain the demand backlog and roadmap. /li liRequirements and Solution Definition: Translate business and process needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, support solution design with IT teams, architects, and external partners, and ensure requirements traceability throughout the initiative lifecycle. /li liStakeholder Management and Delivery Readiness: Act as the primary interface between Business and Technology stakeholders, facilitate alignment and decision-making, support scope definition, MVP identification, acceptance criteria, and UAT activities, and ensure business readiness and adoption of delivered solutions. /li liValue Realization and Governance: Define success criteria, KPIs, and expected benefits, monitor benefits realization, process performance, and solution effectiveness after go-live, and support governance activities to ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and risk management requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 4+ years of experience in Demand Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or IT Project Management within multinational organizations or consulting firms. /li liStrong experience in business process analysis and modeling, including BPMN 2.0, process mapping, AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies. /li liProven ability to analyze how business processes are supported by enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, and data flows. /li liSolid business analysis skills,
