This director-level opportunity places you at the helm of a dynamic private banking division, where you will define and execute the strategic vision for AUM growth, wealth management product development, and HNW/UHNW client portfolio management. - Family office advisory and succession-planning experience (structuring trusts, intergenerational wealth transfers)
- Deep expertise in ESG/impact investing and EU sustainable-finance frameworks (SFDR integration into product offerings)
- Proven track record in digital wealth transformation and fintech partnerships (digital onboarding, CRM integration, robo/advisory platforms)
- Cross-border tax, estate-planning and trust-structuring knowledge for UHNW clients across key jurisdictions
- Established UHNW/intermediary relationship network in Italy/Switzerland/Middle East and bilingual fluency (Italian and English)
