ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will diagnose and fix technical issues on foundation equipment, collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver effective solutions. You will install and verify electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on machinery, and provide hands‑on training to customers and service partners. Your work will drive product quality feedback and ensure high standards of service delivery across international assignments. This opportunity combines field service, technical mastery, and cross‑functional collaboration within an international, growth‑oriented environment. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDiagnose and resolve technical issues on Foundation Equipment /liliTroubleshoot hydraulic, hardware, software, and communication interface problems /liliWork with customers to understand problems and deliver effective solutions /liliAssemble, install, and wire electrical systems including electrical panels /liliVerify installations using testers and multimeters /liliAssemble mechanical and hydraulic components /liliCoordinate with Design Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Control to resolve issues and feed back for product improvements /liliDeliver product training to customers and service partners /liliDocument customer interactions, issues,



and solutions accurately and promptly /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliTechnical Diploma (industrial, mechanical, electrical, or electronic) /liliKnowledge of mechanical/hydraulic and electrical/electrotechnical drawings /liliKnowledge of electrical equipment for wiring and precision tools /liliKnowledge of PLC programming systems /liliKnowledge of measurement instruments (testers, multimeters) /liliKnowledge of screw, bolt, thread, and hydraulic fitting specifications /liliKnowledge of measurement tools (tape measure, caliper) /liliAt least 3 years of experience in similar roles /liliGood knowledge of English (B2 level) /liliExcellent communication and leadership skills /liliAbility to work collaboratively and cross‑functionally with other departments /liliCustomer-oriented mindset and attention to detail /liliWillingness to travel internationally for customer support /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ullibase gross annual salary 31,000–36,000 EUR (RAL) /lilitravel allowances and payments related to national and international trips /liliopportunity for on‑site customer activities (travel) /lilifull‑time position /liliequal opportunity employer /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
