With our global teams, industry expertise, and the power of technology, we design and deliver tailored, sustainable, and innovative solutions and services that help our clients optimize their operations and captivate their customers. /ph3Job Description /h3pWe’re looking for an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with bcomplex vehicle issues /b. /ppYou’ll be the escalation point when others can’t fix it — helping reduce downtime and deliver bfirst-time-right repairs /b. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliSupport dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely /liliDiagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults /liliUse OEM tools (e.g. wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing,



and parameterization /liliIdentify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation /liliSupport both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets /liliCreate clear technical reports and case updates /liliCoach technicians and provide hands‑on guidance /liliFeed recurring issues into continuous improvement /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbWhat you bring: /b /pulliStrong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service /liliProven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults /liliHands‑on use of OEM diagnostic tools /liliConfidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation /liliExperience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams /liliAbility to support and guide technicians /liliPreferred: experience in field‑based or multi‑site support, multi‑brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support background /li /ulh3Technical knowledge /h3ulliModern vehicle systems: powertrain, ADAS, body electronics /liliNetworks: CAN / LIN / FlexRay /liliDiagnostic methods: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing /li /ulh3Language /h3ulliWorking proficiency in English required (written and spoken) /liliAdditional European languages are a plus /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pMSX is an equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, neurodiversity or other personal characteristics and backgrounds, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, or marital and parental status.
