ppThe Junior PV Developer will join the Development’s team, reporting to the Head of Development. The Junior PV Developer manages and optimizes the development of assigned projects (greenfield and/or already partially developed) up until the Ready to Build status within agreed timeline and budget. /ppThe PV Developer plays an active part in the project working closely with the development team, then with the construction team, coordinating the management of the project. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliIdentify and assess PV development opportunities for the Italian market /liliTake part in due diligence activities to facilitate valuations /liliDevelop technical solutions required for projects during the local permitting process (Autocad, QGIS, PVSYST) /liliSecure Grid Conditions and a Grid Connection Agreement with the connecting utility /liliSecure relevant permits for the project (Environmental Permit, Building Permit etc.) until achievement of Ready to Build status /liliManage the overall development process from project identification to construction /liliManage external consultants, lawyers and stakeholders (such as Municipality, County Administrative Board, Authorities, local associations, residents and landowners) /liliBe up to date with relevant legislation /liliBe up to date with the market in general and specially any surrounding projects to your projects /liliAlways act in a professional way and be an ambassador for GENERALE DU SOLAIRE. /li /ulpThe Junior PV Developer will have to be a team player with a delivery-oriented mindset that can handle parallel workstreams while managing time plan. She/he will require an adoptable mindset,



good problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships due to ever changing conditions and the need to communicate with a variety of stakeholders. /ppShe/he will have to be efficient with time management, autonomous in attitude, and needs to be able to operate across the company in the most appropriate way. /ph3Transversal missions /h3pIn addition to project related activities and business development activities, the Employee shall be involved in some transversal missions contributing to the global success of the GDS group: /pulliContinuous improvement of development tools and processes /liliContinuous improvement of internal skills, sharing of good practices in project development, contribution to the training of new employees /liliContribution to competitive intelligence and general strategy. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliElectrical / Energy / Industrial engineer with at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position /liliStrong knowledge of solar projects and PV equipment (their interactions within a system, grid connections, etc) /liliAdoptable mindset, good problem-solving ability and ability to build relationships due to ever changing conditions and the need to communicate with a variety of stakeholders /liliQuality-oriented, able to monitor the outputs in all phases of the projects /liliTeam player, can work along different teams within the company /liliExcellent oral and written communication skills /liliFluent in Italian and English, French would be a plus /li /ulpLocation: Milan /ppContract: Tempo pieno /ppAvailability: ASAP /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
