Full TimeWorld Wide Group are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team.In support of the preparation, implementation and execution of communications plans, campaigns and related events and exhibitions. Being part of the Consortium to deliver to the client the widest spectrum of graphic applications such as graphic design, infographics, animations, layout and templates, web platform design and stylesheets, needed for the clients communication channels development as well as ensuring the Brand Identity development and its correct implementation.Applications of the service include graphics for digital channels, hardcopy publications, merchandising products and designs, graphics, and animations for video clips, and for exhibitions and events as well as the consolidation of the Agency Brand Centre.This is supporting to deliver a Work Package to ensure the satisfactory provision of the services listed below.This list is neither exhaustive nor static and upon notification.We seek a highly creative individual who is able to present complex scientific and technical topics in an approachable way, as well as collaborate with various teams in a fast-paced international environment (working language English).The position is office based, at our clients Head Office ESRIN in Frascati, Rome.The successful candidate will have:A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or other relevant discipline.Great communication, planning, organisation and networking skills.Demonstrable knowledge of communications strategy.Familiarity with graphic design for corporate promotional materials, including product presentations, production-ready files, and promotional assets.Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.Fluent English.
The working language at the office is English and most products are required to be produced in English.TasksTasks include:Support art direction, dedicated graphics, and corporate productions ensuring consistent application of the client’s Branding; Manage all design phases from brainstorming and conception through to the development of layouts for corporate brand deployment applications; Develop graphicdesign for corporate promotional materials, including product presentations, production-ready files, and promotional assets.Develop key visuals, patches, infographics, and illustrations for corporate and branding purposes.Ensure creation of interactive digital assets and publications, aligned with UX/UI principles (applicable across publications, merchandising, partnerships, and event/screen content).Design infographics and animated infographics to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging way.Generate PDF presentations of special projects and their applications.Store and archive graphic materials to ensure easy access to project files and design elements.Provide support in maintaining the Brand Centre website, when adequate and requested.Additional design, graphic, and related tasks, assigned by the Pillar Service Manager as required, to address emerging needs and guarantee the complete and effective provision of services within the Graphical Pillar.Contractual mattersThe successful candidate will be employed directly by World Wide Group, as part of our communications service team within the Consortium. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Italy and be able to work tempo pieno on site in Frascati. This is a 18 month contract, with possibility of renewal.
