ph3Job Description /h3 h3The role /h3 pThe Corporate practice is composed by a team of nearly 35 professionals who advise clients on public and private MA, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on complex, cross-border transactions. Our integrated team includes experts in antitrust/competition law, funds and investment management, real estate, insurance, private equity, equity capital market and public policy. /p pOur team also offers clients the combination of specialist technical and industry expertise across 12 sectors from financial services through to energy resources and healthcare. /p pYou will be given the chance to handle a variety of work and be involved in working closely with clients and other lawyers. This means that you will develop outstanding transactional and organisational skills as well as developing superb technical abilities.
