ph3What we do /h3 pThe Finance and Accounting team is a business partner for internal and external stakeholders such as management, auditors, and banks. The team works with colleagues across the globe and provides exposure to interesting topics and projects related to our responsibilities. We cover key areas such as accounts payable, receivable, tax, and invoicing areas to name a few. In close collaboration with our controlling department, we provide a strong foundation for finance excellence. Our team consists of a range of professionals, junior and senior, which contribute to everyday operational success. The Finance and Accounting department is an essential pillar of the company; therefore, its members represent a valuable and respectable team that always strives for excellence. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liPost and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded /li liUpdate accounts receivable and issue invoices /li liUpdate accounts payable and perform reconciliations /li liAssist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements in accordance with statutory and company accounting and financial guidelines /li liMonitoring accruals and deferral accounts /li liMonitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable and personnel accounting /li liPreparation of documents for the annual financial statements /li liCooperation with external bodies (i.e. tax consultant and auditors) /li liCollaboration in the optimization of internal processes and procedures /li liResponding to travel expense issues, as well as administrative work such as credit cards and implementation of travel tools /li liAssist with other accounting projects (SAP Hana)
