ppWe are looking for a Software Project Manager to join the Electronics Business team. This position could be based at our office in: Turin, Corbetta (MI), France. /p pThe Software Project Manager will manage schedules and deliverables, ensure compliance with industry standards, and act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. He/she coordinates and manages the Software Development activities together with Domain Leaders, and controls the whole process of Software Development and Delivery for his/her specific project, the Project Tracking for the SW Deliverables. /p pHe/she reports to Technical Project Manager (TPM) or to the CPM (in case no TPM has been nominated) for escalation, when software tasks are not progressing according to the needs of the project. /p h3bAbout the Position: /b /h3 h3bYour Responsibilities will be: /b /h3 ul liIdentify risks early and implement mitigation plans. /li liDrive WAR ROOM activities for critical issues impacting schedules or SOP readiness. /li liMaintain issue logs and ensure timely closure with root-cause resolution. /li liSupport the Software Function Leaders and Feature References in allocating the appropriate Software Designers to work with the System Requirements Engineer and the System Architect in converting requirements into Software Technical Requirements and Design documents. /li liDrive the creation of the SW Project Plan supporting the Software Function Leaders and Feature References in defining the correct Function Plan, collect and integrate all contributions and solve all dependencies. /li liReport the status, issues and progress of the Software Development to the Project Team, the Customer and the Management. /li liDefine the Software Releases scope and communicate it to System Integration.



/li liEnsure that decisions and actions taken during CCB are implemented. /li liEnsure the SW tuning to the Customer. /li liAgree with Product Evaluation and Quality departments about the verification and validation activities, ensuring SW availability. /li liSupport the TPM in aligning budget and resources needs and managing the specific SW development risks. /li liManage SW improvement activities. /li liEnsure the deployment of Marelli Standard SW Development Methodology, SW libraries, SW Quality tools/methods and standardization of solutions, in collaboration with other involved departments (PD, Methodology, and Quality). /li /ul h3bWhat Qualifications you will bring: /b /h3 ul liKnowledge of Program Management. /li liExperienced in planning, monitoring and control activities (Project Management Tools). /li liKnowledge of System Architecture, SW Integration and Validation. /li liBasic Knowledge of economical/financial aspect (Initiative, Budget, Reporting). /li liKnowledge of SW development process. /li liKnowledge of Requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS). /li liBasic knowledge of automotive Quality System. /li liProblem solving attitude. /li liSkills on Agile Development (SCRUM, Kanban). /li liCustomer Management ability. /li /ul h3bOther skills that we would welcome:



/b /h3 h3bTechnical Background /b /h3 ul liHigh C/C++ programming skills. /li liHigh skills on real-time O.S.
