ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will implement sourcing plans for your portfolio to maximize supplier performance across cost, quality and lead time. You will work with cross‑functional teams under the Planning and Supply Chain umbrella to ensure timely delivery and quality, while documenting progress and timelines. You will select and engage high‑performance suppliers, run RFI/Q/P and bidding processes, and coordinate qualification with Supplier Quality teams. You will negotiate terms, develop contracts with Sourcing leadership, and continuously seek efficiency gains to support the business plan and company mission. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliImplement sourcing plans to optimize supplier performance (cost, quality, lead time)



and support the business plan /liliDocument performance of action plans and timelines for sourcing projects /liliSelect a high-performance supplier base aligned with Category Managers' short‑listed suppliers /liliLead RFI/Q/P and bidding processes to maximize value and minimize risk /liliEvaluate current and prospective suppliers via reviews, site visits, and audits with Supplier Quality teams /liliNegotiate prices and terms to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives /liliCoordinate contract negotiation and development with Sourcing Manager and Contract Specialists /liliDrive parts and process qualification in collaboration with Supplier Quality teams /liliCollaborate with Sourcing Manager to guarantee portfolio supply /liliIdentify and implement actions to reduce wasted time, money, and resources /liliComply with Schlumberger and local procedures /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulli5+ years of relevant experience in sourcing/procurement /liliunknown educational prerequisites /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
